Terms of service

By creating a CartBarn Log account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a company, you agree on its behalf.

The service

CartBarn Log is a tool for recording golf cart maintenance. The fleet board, watering list and checklists are a convenience: always follow the cart manufacturer's maintenance and safety guidance, and never send out a cart you think is unsafe. We aren't responsible for cart damage, downtime, injuries, or charges you bill to golfers.

Your account

• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• The general manager controls who joins the company's account and can disable users at any time.
• Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, or access other companies' data.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from the Billing page; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give partial refunds.
• If a plan lapses, your data stays, but features and user logins above the Free plan stop working until you upgrade again.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Your data

Your company's records belong to you. You can export them at any time. See the privacy policy for what we store.

Availability

We work to keep CartBarn Log running but can't promise it will never be down. The service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will email account owners about material changes. You can stop using CartBarn Log at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
